Book Fair - Volunteers Needed 9/18-9/25
We could not run the book fair without our amazing volunteers, and we truly appreciate any time you are able to donate toward making this a memorable book fair for our kids! Typical volunteer tasks for shopping days include: helping students count their money/figure out what to buy, running the register, giving change, assisting students with figuring out how much tax they will owe (we will have a cheat sheet for you to use, don't worry!), etc. If you have any questions or want to volunteer during a specific class's shopping time, please email Librarian Ms. Fahringer directly at Use the sign-up genius below to sign up!
Holiday Store
We were sad to not have the Holiday Store the last couple of years, but are hopeful we can have one December 2023. This event takes a lot of planning and shopping! So if you are interested in being part of this committee to help shop this semester, please email

PTO Monday Memo Emails

During the school year, look for a PTO Monday Memo each week with important information on upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and sign-up links.  This is your go-to spot for all the latest info in one place.  The emails will come from "Northern Hills Elementary" and are pushed out to all currently enrolled students at the email addresses entered for each student in the Infinite Campus portal; no special sign-up or subscription required.

Text Messaging

Edmond Public Schools has implemented text messaging

service for parents. Text messaging allows EPS to deliver

important information about school closings, safety alerts,

bus announcements and more via SMS text messaging

through the School Messenger system-the same system

currently being used to send automated phone calls. The

process is simple and only takes a few seconds to complete.

To receive these messages, you must OPT-IN to the messaging service. Please text "Opt in" (NO HYPHEN) to 67587. By sending the correct message of “Opt in” (NO HYPHEN) you will get this message back: “You’re registered 4 SchoolMessenger notifications. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. (etc)”.

Mobile App

The district has launched an official mobile app designed

to enable parents, staff, students and the broader community

to stay informed and up-to-date on important issues,

information and activities underway within the school community.

The free app is available for download in the Apple and Android

app stores by searching for Edmond Public Schools.
